To move in all 11 family members, I created the grandparents and then all of the males in the family and put them on the lot.  Then I created all remaining females (all but Grandmother) and placed them on another lot.  This is so there is an adult present to associate all the kids with.  Then use Inge Jones' teleport shrub from Simlogical to get them all together.
